Iranti
MENU

Iranti is growing and we’re looking for three people to grow with us.

We’re a Johannesburg-based media, advocacy and documentation organisation working for the rights and dignity of lesbian, bisexual and queer women, trans and intersex people across Africa. If you want your work to mean something, and you want to do it alongside people who care as much as you do, read on.

We’re recruiting for three positions.

You’ll strengthen the systems behind Iranti’s finances, running our books, budgets and reporting as we bring financial management in-house. A role for someone who finds order satisfying and understands that good financial stewardship is what keeps advocacy possible.

You’ll keep Iranti House and everything around it moving, from procurement to logistics to day-to-day admin. A role for a natural organiser who likes being the person things run through.

You’ll tell our stories and grow our reach, creating content and running our channels in support of Iranti’s advocacy. A role for someone who can hold both the craft of good communication and the responsibility of representing a community well.

How to apply

Send your CV and a cover letter to Recruitment@Iranti.org.za by 20 August 2026. Tell us which role you’re applying for, and tell us why it’s this one.

Iranti welcomes applications from people of all genders and sexualities. We particularly encourage lesbian, bisexual and queer women, and trans and intersex people, to apply.
